Why am I unable to sync my OneNote notes across devices?

  1. Check if you are signed in with the same Microsoft account used to create your OneNote notebooks

  2. Make sure your OneNote app is open and running on all your devices

  3. Check your OneNote sync settings. Ensure that sync is enabled and your devices have the latest sync setting updates

  4. Check your Internet connection to make sure all the devices are connected to the internet

  5. Close OneNote. Wait a few minutes and then open it again on all your device
