Why am I unable to set or update my default email signature in Outlook?

To update or set a default email signature in Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Go to File > Option > Mail > Scroll down to the Signatures section > Select the New button > Give the signature a name
  2. Type the desired text and style
  3. Once you are happy with the way it looks, select the Ok button >To confirm the changes select the Save button > To set the new signature as the default, select the Set as Default button
