To update or set a default email signature in Outlook, follow these steps:
- Go to File > Option > Mail > Scroll down to the
Signatures
section > Select theNew
button > Give the signature a name - Type the desired text and style
- Once you are happy with the way it looks, select the
Ok
button >To confirm the changes select theSave
button > To set the new signature as the default, select theSet as Default
