Why am I unable to save changes made to files on the shared drive?
- Check that the file is titled correctly with the correct file extension
- Check if you have the appropriate permissions to read or write to the shared drive.
- If you do not have permissions to read or write to the shared drive, contact the computer system administrator
- Check that if the file is opened that you have Saved or Saved As the changes
- Check that you are not editing the file from a cached version that did not sync with the server
- If none of the above solutions work, contact the Help Desk for assistance
