Why am I unable to print from my computer?

  1. Check if the printer is turned on, connected to computer, and has papers loaded.
  2. Verify the cables are all connects properly and securely.
  3. Ensure you have the correct driver installed from your printer’s manufacturer site.
  4. Restart computer and printer.
  5. Check the printer queue to ensure no pending jobs.
  6. Test printing from another application (such as Word or PDF reader).
  7. Reinstall the driver if there are still issues.
