1. Check if Outlook is configured with the correct mailbox settings.
2. Check if the archived emails are located in a recognized Outlook storage location.
3. Ensure Outlook is set to show all of the emails, including those located in the associated archive storage.
4. Try and open the emails by searching for them using the relevant keyword in the Search box.
5. If the archived emails can't be found or accessed, restore them by going to the Outlook version associated with the archive.
6. If the emails are still inaccessible, contact the relevant technical support or the email administrator for assistance.
