- Check the access permission of folder or file you are attempting to delete or move. See if you have the proper privileges.
- Close any open applications or programs which you might have open with the file.
- Check if another user on the system is modifying or creating files or directories under the same folder.
- Restart your computer and try again.
- Check if your window support the file type shared in the shared environment.
- If you are still unable to delete or move the files, contact your shared network administrator.
