1. Check if you have the necessary access and privileges to delete files in the shared drive.
2. Check the rights of the file to ensure that it is not locked for editing or read-only. Right click the files -> Properties -> Security -> Advanced -> Select the Desired User/Group and click Edit.
3. Ensure that the recycle bin is not full by right-clicking Recycle Bin -> Properties and setting the Maximum size to a value larger than 0.
4. Restart the system, as there can be certain conflicts with system files.
