Why am I unable to create or move files to a particular folder on the shared drive?

First, make sure that you have the necessary permissions to create and manage files in that folder.

  1. Check if the folder is shared with you and that the permissions are correctly set.
  2. Ensure that you are owner, contributor or a viewer on the folder.
  3. Sign in to the shared drive with your organization account.
  4. Verify with the administrator for the required privileges to perform the operations.
