Why am I unable to create or edit rules for organizing emails in Outlook?

Check the following:

  1. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to manage rules.
  2. Check your Outlook client is up to date.
  3. Ensure that the Outlook application is running with Proper permissions.
  4. Check if any other rules are conflicting with the one you wish to create.
