Why am I unable to create a new section in my Microsoft Forms form?

1. Check if you have sufficient privileges: You must be a member of the Owner group to create new sections
2. Ensure the form is not filled: You can only add a new section to a form that isn’t filled
3. Check the form type: If it’s a quiz form, skip it as you can’t add sections to quiz forms
4. Check the page count: You can’t add more than 100 pages to a form
