Why am I unable to connect to the internet on multiple devices?

  1. Check your router

    Make sure your router is connected to the modem and is powered on. Verify there are no error lights or indications.

  2. Check your devices

    Ensure the cables are properly connected from the router to your device. Additionally, make sure there are no restrictions on the device settings.

  3. Check your internet connection

    Verify that there are no outages in your area or other issues preventing you from connecting to the internet. You can also try connecting directly to the modem if available.

  4. Perform a factory reset on your router

    If the first three steps were unsuccessful, you may need to perform a factory reset on your router. This will reset all of the settings back to the original configuration.
