- Check your device is close enough to the router.
- Check that airplane mode is turned OFF (if it’s ON, you won’t be able to connect to a WiFi network).
- Check that the WiFi network you are trying to join is working. If there are other people using it, it should be working correctly.
- Check that the WiFi network is entered correctly, make sure you have the right password if there is one.
- Try turning WiFi OFF and then ON again.
- If the issue persists, reset your network settings and try connecting again.
