Why am I unable to connect to a specific Wi-Fi network?

< 1 min read

1. Make sure the Wi-Fi network is active and on.
2. Make sure that the multiple access points are properly connected, or have multiple antennae for increased coverage and signal strength.
3. Check if the Wi-Fi connection is secured using WPA2 Personal or WPA3 encryption.
4. Verify if the device is located within an optimal range from the broadcasting device.
5. Restart the Wi-Fi router or modem, in case if the broadcast is malfunctioning.
6. Try connecting using an Ethernet cable.
7. Reset the access point settings using an administrator-level account.
