There are several steps to take if you’re unable to connect to network on your Android phone.
- Check the network connection
tCheck the signal strength of your wireless network connection by looking at the top right corner of your Android phone. Make sure you have access to 3G/4G, or Wi-Fi networks. - Toggle Airplane Mode
Toggle Airplane Mode on and off to disable all wireless connections on your phone for a brief moment. - Reset Network Settings
Reset your network settings to the default configuration. This will force the phone to look for connections again. - Update the OS
tCheck for any updates to your Android OS on your device or in the Google Play Store. Installing any available updates could help with the network connection. - Factory Reset
tIf all else fails, you can perform a factory reset, but make sure to back up your files before doing so. A factory reset will erase all of your application settings and data from your phone.
