Why am I unable to connect to a network drive?

  1. Check if Wireless and Internet connectivity is available

    Check if the PC you're using has an internet connection by opening a web browser.

  2. Check if the local network is connected

    Attempt to connect another device such as a smartphone to the same network. If another device has connection then the local network might be blocking specific services or applications.

  3. Check network storage settings

    Verify that the local network settings have permissions to connect to the network drive.

  4. Contact the network storage administrator

    If all else fails, contact the network storage server administrator and ask them for help.
