Error: Unable to Connect to a Hidden WiFi Network

1. Check to see if your network adapter is up-to-date by going to the manufacturer’s website
2. Check if the latest version of the wifi driver is installed on your computer
3. Make sure the wireless network name is entered correctly, including any special characters
4. Verify that you are in range of the router
5. Check the connection settings to make sure the security key was entered correctly
6. Disable and re-enable the wireless connection
7. Reset the router and reconnect from the device
