Why am I unable to add or change my email signature in Outlook?

In order to add or change an email signature in Outlook, you should:


  1. Open the Outlook desktop client.
  2. Open the File menu.
  3. Select Options from the menu.
  4. Navigate to the Mail tab.
  5. Click on the Signatures button.
  6. Create and format your email signature.
