Why am I unable to add collaborators to my Microsoft Forms form?

To add collaborators to your Microsoft Forms form consider the points bellow:


  1. Ensure you have an active Microsoft Account.
  2. Ensure the collaborators you’d like to add also have a Microsoft Account.
  3. Under the Forms page in your Microsoft Account, open the desired form.
  4. Select the Collaborate tab.
  5. Type in the email address of the person you’d like to add as a collaborator in the Enter Email box.
  6. Select the permission type you would like your collaborator to have.
  7. Select the Send button.
