Why am I unable to add attachments to my emails?

In order to add attachments to emails, you may need to check the following:


  1. Ensure you are using an email client that supports attachments
  2. Check the size of the attachment and make sure it is within the file size limit specified by your email provider
  3. Check that the file type is supported by your provider (e.g. common types such as JPEG, PDF, etc.)
  4. Make sure your device has enough free space to support the attachment
  5. Attempt to re-send the email with the attachment(s)
