Why am I unable to add a new question to my existing Microsoft Forms form?

1. Check to make sure your form is published.
2. Check your existing question types and make sure the new question type is compatible with the existing form.
3. If the question type is not compatible, you must delete the existing form and create a new one.
4. Add any new questions to the new Microsoft Forms form.
