Why am I unable to access the Internet on my mobile device?

  1. Check your cellular signal bars to ensure that phone is in service range and has an adequate signal.

  2. Check that your mobile data is enabled & verify that data plan has not been exceeded.

  3. Check your device settings and confirm access to data networks is enabled.

  4. Clear the browser caches & history and shut down & restart the device.

  5. Reset network settings or contact your service provider for support.
