Why am I receiving notifications about purchases I didn’t make from my app store?

1. Check the App Store purchase history on the iPad to see if the purchases have indeed occurred.

a. To locate the iPad purchase history, open the App Store and tap on the Today tab at the bottom of the screen.


b. Tap on the Profile icon in this tab. The Profile icon is located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.


c. Your purchase history will appear, which includes past purchases and downloads.


2. If the purchase history does not show the purchases, contact Apple support for additional help.


3. If the purchases appear in your purchase history, change the Apple ID password.


4. If the purchase history shows the purchases were made from a different Apple ID, sign out of the App Store.


5. Make sure devices are secured with a strong password.
