Why am I receiving duplicate emails or multiple copies of the same email in Outlook?

  1. Check the Sender’s Email Settings

    It is possible that the sender is sending duplicate emails due to incorrect settings in their email account.

  2. Verify Outlook’s Send and Receive Settings

    Verify the Outlook Send/Receive settings for the mail account that is receiving duplicate emails. If the settings are set to receive emails more frequently than desired, this could be causing the duplicate emails.
