Why am I receiving a ‘no internet connection’ message even though I am connected?
- Check your Wi-Fi connection status to make sure your device is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router, modem, and/or computer.
- Update your network or Wi-Fi driver to the latest version available.
- Check for any issues with the DNS server settings.
- Check that your device is not in airplane mode.
- Verify that the issue is not occurring with another device in your home or office.
