Why am I receiving a ‘no internet connection’ message even though I am connected?


  1. Check your Wi-Fi connection status to make sure your device is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
  2. Restart your Wi-Fi router, modem, and/or computer.
  3. Update your network or Wi-Fi driver to the latest version available.
  4. Check for any issues with the DNS server settings.
  5. Check that your device is not in airplane mode.
  6. Verify that the issue is not occurring with another device in your home or office.
