Why am I receiving a ‘limited connectivity’ message?


  1. Check that all wires and cables related to your modem and router are securely connected
  2. Restart your modem and router by unplugging them and plugging them back in
  3. Check that you are still connected to your wireless network
  4. Check to see if your firewall is blocking a connection
  5. If you are still facing difficulties, contact your Internet Service Provider
