Why am I receiving a ‘failed to obtain IP address’ message?

  1. Check your network settings:

    Make sure that the Wi-Fi network you are connecting to is secure and that your network name and password are correct.

  2. Check your router settings:

    Check if your router is broadcasting and has an active internet connection. Ensure that the connection preferences on your router are set to DHCP.

  3. Check your device compatibility:
