Why am I not receiving emails from my webmail account on my computer?

  1. Check your email settings
  2. Update your email server settings, including incoming and outgoing server address and port numbers.
  3. Check any email filters or rules you might have active, you may have accidentally blocked the sender.
  4. Make sure you're using the right password and username.
  5. Check the email that is set as your primary email, and make sure it is the correct one.
  6. Log in to your email account webmail or software client, and make sure POP or IMAP is enabled.
