If you are not receiving emails from Active Directory distribution groups please follow these steps:
- Step 1:
Ensure that you are a member of the Active Directory Group you wish to receive emails from. - Step 2:
Check the filtering of your email. - Step 3:
Check that you have sufficient disk storage to receive the emails. - Step 4:
Check if the message is being blocked by a spam filter. - Step 5:
Check if the message is quarantined. - Step 6:
Check if the distribution group isn’t configured incorrectly.
