Why am I not able to share a file with a specific team member in Teams?

1. Ensure the team member has access to the channel or conversation where the file was shared. A channel or a conversation must be selected before sharing a file. If the team member does not have access to that channel or conversation, they wont be able to view it.
2. Verify that the team member is in the team. Users must have an existing team in order to view and access files shared within it.
3. Check the user’s permission level. Ensure that the user has the correct permission level to view and access files in the team.
4. Ensure that users have the latest version of Microsoft Teams installed. A user must have the latest version of Teams installed to view and access the shared file.
5. Check if the file shared is within the storage limits. Users must have enough storage to download and view the shared file.
