Why am I not able to send emails to a specific domain?
- Verify the email address that you are sending the email to.
- Check if that domain is white listed or black listed in your email system. If the domain is black listed, contact your email admin to find a way to whitelist it.
- Check your domain’s Reputation. If your domain’s reputation is poor, your emails will have difficulty reaching the recipient's mailbox.
- Additionally, review Configuration elements, such as SPF records, domain keys, and DKIM records that can impact the delivery of your emails to the intended recipient’s mailbox.
