Why am I not able to send emails to a specific domain?


  1. Verify the email address that you are sending the email to.
  2. Check if that domain is white listed or black listed in your email system. If the domain is black listed, contact your email admin to find a way to whitelist it.
  3. Check your domain’s Reputation. If your domain’s reputation is poor, your emails will have difficulty reaching the recipient's mailbox.
  4. Additionally, review Configuration elements, such as SPF records, domain keys, and DKIM records that can impact the delivery of your emails to the intended recipient’s mailbox.
