Why am I not able to access any websites?

  1. Check your network connection

  2. Make sure that the router or modem is on and connected to the computer

  3. Reseat any loose cables connected to the router or modem, and your device

  4. Ensure your device has an active internet connection and is not in Airplane mode

  5. Run a Network Troubleshooter to diagnose any issues with the network connection
