Why am I not able to access a file in a private channel on Teams?

1. Check that you have the correct permission given by an owner or admin of a team to access the private channel.
2. Try to reload the page if the issue persists.
3. If you still can’t find the file, contact the owner of the Team to check if you have the correct permissions.
4. If you are an owner or administrator of the Team, check if the file has been shared correctly.
5. If you have shared the file, try to share it again.
