- Clean the rollers
Open up the paper tray and wipe the printer rollers clean using a damp cloth. This will reduce the amount of friction around the printer. - Replace the paper
Old paper can jam more easily than fresh ones. Consider replacing the paper with a new stack. - Check the paper type
