Why am I getting an error message when trying to add a channel in Teams?

1. Verify that you have the correct permission to add channels.
2. Check if you already have the channel in any of your teams. If so, try deleting it first.
3. Verify that the maxiumum allowed channel limit has not been reached.
4. Ensure that all of the required input fields have been filled out correctly.
5. Try signing out and signing back into Teams.
