Why am I experiencing poor or no signal on my mobile device?
- Make sure you’re not too far away from the wireless router or access point.
- Check that the connection works with other devices in the same area.
- Check your connection settings do not limit connection to mobile data.
- Check that all cables related to your router or access point are attached and undamaged.
- Check that your router/access point is not being blocked by an object.
- Restart your device and try to reconnect.
