Why am I experiencing packet loss in my internet connection?
- Check the cables and modem/router connections to ensure a solid connection.
- Check for physical obstacles or any interference (other wireless networks and devices).
- Verify that there are no server and/or router issues by ping-testing the routers, and/or contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
- Try changing the type of encryption that your router is using if it is possible, as some types of encryption may have weaker signals.
- If the packet loss is due to a signal strength-related issue, try using a Wireless Booster/Range Extender to increase the signal strength.
