1. Check if there have been any power outages
2. Check the cables connected to the router and make sure none of the connections are loose
3. Check the status lights on the router to be sure there is a full connection
4. Log into the router portal and find the IP address of the router. Type it into the address bar of a web browser to access the router settings
5. Reboot the router and retry the connection
6. Check the router settings to be sure the internet connection is properly setup
7. Make sure no new security settings have been added that would prevent connection
8. Contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
