If your device has been infected with malware, you should take the following steps:
- Disconnect your device from the internet and any other networks. This will prevent any further spread of the malware.
 - Install a reliable anti-malware software and run a scan. It will detect malicious files and disable or delete them.
 - Update your operating system and installed applications to the latest version, as they may contain important security fixes.
 - Restore some or all of your data from an external backup. If you don’t have one, create one immediately.
 - Change your passwords once you’re sure the device is free from malicious software.
