What is causing my internet to be slow on certain applications or services?
- Ensure your modem and router has been reset and all connections are secure.
- Check your internet speed using a speed test website to ensure you are getting what you paid for.
- Verify if your router supports Quality of Service (QOS) and if configured correctly.
- Confirm with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) that all your devices are on the same connection.
- Check your router settings and ensure that there isn’t any type of traffic shaping and/or throttling enabled.
