What do I do if my printer is not scanning to my email?

  1. Check power and connection cables, powercycle the printer and your computer.

  2. Ensure the printer is set up correctly and Print & Scan Doctor or HP Scan & Capture driver is installed.

  3. Check the settings of firewall or ad blocker, if the printer is connected via Wi-Fi.

  4. Make sure that the printer is capable of scanning to emails.

  5. Try to perform a scan directly from the printer.

  6. Reduce the size of the document to be scanned and review the file format requirements for scanning.

  7. Check network settings through the printer’s control panel.
