If your printer is not printing at all, try the following steps:
- Check to make sure that the printer is powered on and the USB cable is properly connected.
- Check your printer’s paper tray to ensure that it is properly loaded with the appropriate media and size.
- Verify if your printer is recognizing the type of paper you are trying to print.
- Access the page setup options in the print dialog to double check the settings for your document.
- The size, margins and orientation should be set correctly.
- Print in grayscale instead of color, if possible.
- Make sure page scaling is set to

. - Visit your printer manufacturer’s website and check if any drivers or software updates are available.
- Restart your printer and your computer to see if the issue is resolved.
