If your printer is not picking up paper from the tray, try these steps:
Check to make sure paper is properly loaded in tray.
Clean the rollers inside the tray.
Test the paper feed sensor in the printer settings.
Ensure that the printer door is closed securely.
Check that paper type & size is selected correctly in printer settings.
