My shared drive is showing old or outdated versions of files, how can I update them?


  1. Check if the files are set to view in list or thumbnail mode.
  2. Check for any changes to the shared directory, like a moved or renamed files.
  3. Refresh your view or check your sync settings to make sure it's enabled.
  4. If needed, clear the cache of your browser to get the freshing latest version.
  5. If needed, try syncing your shared drive from a different device.
