My shared drive is showing old or outdated versions of files, how can I update them?

My shared drive seems to be showing old or outdated versions of files. To make sure have the latest versions:


  1. Check if any of the collaborators have made recent changes.
  2. If an update has been made, try to sync the drive so the latest version is available.
  3. Check if the shared files have been set to auto-update, if not, enable this option.
  4. If auto-update is enabled, wait for a few minutes for the changes to reflect.
