My shared drive is not syncing with other computers, what can I do?

Here is my suggested list of things to do:

  1. Check whether the shared drive is connected to your computer either through a wired or wireless network.
  2. Monitor the computer and drive for any associated activity or performance issues.
  3. Verify that the shared drive is password protected and that the user account is authorized to access it.
  4. Check whether the shared drive supports the devices used to connect to it.
  5. Check whether the driver for the shared drive is up to date.
  6. Ensure that the permission levels of the user accounts are set up correctly.
  7. Check for any external factors that may be impacting the syncing of the shared drive, such as anti-virus software, other services running in the background, etc.
  8. Restart the computer and the shared drive to see if that resolves the issue.
