Here is my suggested list of things to do:
- Check whether the shared drive is connected to your computer either through a wired or wireless network.
- Monitor the computer and drive for any associated activity or performance issues.
- Verify that the shared drive is password protected and that the user account is authorized to access it.
- Check whether the shared drive supports the devices used to connect to it.
- Check whether the driver for the shared drive is up to date.
- Ensure that the permission levels of the user accounts are set up correctly.
- Check for any external factors that may be impacting the syncing of the shared drive, such as anti-virus software, other services running in the background, etc.
- Restart the computer and the shared drive to see if that resolves the issue.
