It is possible that your shared drive is stopped or not running. To troubleshoot, try the following:
- Make sure the network drive is enabled and running on the computer.
- Check to make sure the folder is visible and the sharing settings are configured correctly.
- Verify the other device is connected to the same network and is using the same shared name.
- Ensure that the credentials of the device accessing the shared drive are valid.
- If applicable, perform a firmware update on the network devices.
