My shared drive is not showing up in my file explorer, what’s going on?


  1. Check your network connection to make sure you are connected to the internet.
  2. Relaunch your file explorer. See if the shared drive is now visible.
  3. Check the settings. If the shared drive is still not visible after relaunching, then check the settings to make sure your shared drive is enabled.
