My shared drive is not showing any changes made by other users, even after syncing, what’s wrong?

  1. Make sure everyone that edits the document has permission to edit & view the document.
  2. Check if the document has been moved to another location.
  3. Have other users ensure that the action is saved.
  4. Check for any software updates or conflicts related to the sharing application.
  5. Clear your browser cache, sign out and sign back in.
