My printer is producing smears or smudges on my prints. How can I fix this?

1. Check that the printer is set to the correct paper size.
2. Check for low ink levels. Refill the ink tank if needed.
3. Print a basic printer head alignment page to ensure the colors are printing with the correct placement.
4. Check for foreign objects that may have landed on the print head. Clean off any objects gently with a lint-free cloth.
