My email is being marked as spam, how do I fix this?

You may want to try some of the following steps to make sure your message is not marked as spam:


  1. Check that the webserver hosting your email provider is setup to identify your messages correctly.


  2. Check your email’s content to make sure it isn’t flagged as spam by having too many links, etc.


  3. Change your domain name to have a more reputable email address (something like ‘name@mydomain.com’ rather than ‘name@hotmail.com’).


  4. Check the email address you are sending from and make sure it is not on blacklists or flagged as spam in any way.


  5. Have a check-up with a specialist and/or use anti-spam measures from your email provider.
